How does the booking work? 
 
Please fill out the picnic booking form and we will confirm availability for the requested time. We will then send you an invoice to complete your booking. A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining of 80% is due no later than 7 days prior to your picnic event. You may also choose to pay for your picnic in one installment. Make sure to check your spam folder if you have not received a reply within 3 days.  

 

Can I reschedule/cancel my reservation? 
 
Life happens and we understand sometimes it gets out of control. Please notify us at least 1 week prior to your picnic event to receive a partial refund, 80% of the full amount. A 20% non-refundable service fee will incur if you cancel for any reason. 
We offer rescheduling up to 60 days of your original picnic date. If you wish to reschedule, please notify us at least 1 week prior to your picnic event. Any cancelations made less than 7 days prior to your picnic will not be refunded.

 


What about bad weather? 
 
The Bay Area has a wide variety of climates that exist, just within a few miles of each other; that’s why we offer flexibility. Rescheduling will be allowed for unpredictable weather conditions. You will be able to reschedule your picnic event to a future date within 60 days of your original booking.  


Late arrivals 

If you are running late on the date of your picnic, please let us know. You will have our contact number on the day of the picnic as we will reach out to provide your picnic's pin location. Please be advised your late arrival may cut into your booked picnic time.
 
 
Damages  

We trust that you will take care of our items as if they were your own while your picnic event is happening.  If you need to leave early, please let us know ahead of time. If any items are damaged or missing, you will be subject to pay for the cost of the items. Small spillages (such as water or non-staining items) may not incur a fee. However, you may be billed for dry cleaning costs if required. 

 



Location
 

Most of our clients choose to host their picnics at their home, park or beach. If you have something different in mind, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your location request, however an additional fee may apply. We ask that the location you choose is no more than 150 feet from vehicle access sine it may be difficult to get our equipment to the requested location. A travel fee or beach fee may apply.
